1 What is KMH Signature Skincare?
KMH is a hydration-first, botanical-leaning skincare concept built for people who are tired of trying product after product and still feeling dry, tight, or reactive. We focus on function and finish—comfort, glow, and a premium ritual.
2 What makes the Hydration Serum “silky, not greasy”?
The serum is engineered around lightweight, fast-spreading emollients (like hemisqualane/squalane-style slip) paired with supportive oils. The result is glide + softness without that heavy, sticky after-feel.
Real talk: if it feels oily, you’re likely overdosing. Start with 2 drops and scale only if your skin asks for more.
3 What skin types is the serum for?
It’s designed to be a strong fit for dry, dehydrated, and combination skin—especially if you want glow without heaviness.
Oily skin can still use it—just apply fewer drops and focus on drier zones first.
4 Is the serum safe for sensitive or reactive skin?
KMH is built with sensitive skin in mind, but “sensitive” is personal. If you’re reactive or allergy-prone, do a patch test (inner arm) for 24–48 hours before full use.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a clinician.
5 Does the serum contain fragrance?
Some serum batches may be lightly fragranced to deliver a luxury ritual experience. If you’re fragrance-sensitive, check the product listing for the ingredient panel.
If you want a lower-risk approach, patch test and keep usage minimal at first.
6 How do I use the Hydration Serum?
Face: Apply 2–4 drops to slightly damp skin. Press in. Follow with moisturizer if you need extra seal.
Body: Apply after shower on towel-dried skin for a smooth, satiny finish.
AM/PM: Use once daily to start. If your skin loves it, move to AM + PM.
7 Can I use this with my other skincare?
Yes. The easiest integration is: cleanse → water-based steps (if any) → KMH serum → moisturizer (optional) → SPF (AM).
If you’re using actives (retinoids/acids), keep your routine simple until you know how your skin responds.
8 What is the shelf life and how do I store the serum?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep the cap secured tightly.
If you notice an unusual odor, texture change, or irritation, discontinue use.
9 Are your products FDA-approved?
Cosmetics are not “FDA-approved” the way drugs are. KMH products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
10 When will my order ship?
Orders typically process in 1–3 business days (excluding holidays). During launches and promos, processing can extend due to volume.
Once shipped, delivery timelines vary by carrier and location. Tracking is sent as soon as the label is created.
11 What is your return and refund policy?
For hygiene and safety, opened/used skincare may be ineligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it fast.
