1) Cancellation Request Window
To keep fulfillment accurate and on schedule, cancellations are only eligible within 60 minutes of purchase or before your order enters processing, whichever happens first.
Once an order enters processing — including packing, label creation, batching, or carrier preparation — it is locked and can no longer be canceled.

3) Eligible vs. Locked Orders
Eligible requests may include:
- Standard product orders that have not entered processing
- Order updates such as shipping address corrections before processing begins
Not eligible requests include:
- Orders already in processing, fulfilled, shipped, or delivered
- Digital items or gift cards, if offered
- Final sale or clearance items marked at purchase
- Custom, made-to-order, or limited-drop items once prep or production begins
4) Refund Timing + Payment Method
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. KMH Signature Skincare typically submits approved refunds within 1–3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer available. At that point, shipping status and transit expectations should be reviewed through our Shipping Policy. If you plan to accept returns after delivery, add your Returns Policy link here once that page is live.
5) KMH-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, KMH Signature Skincare may cancel and refund an order due to inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, payment verification concerns, or quality-control holds.
“Business days” exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. A cancellation is not considered approved until you receive written confirmation by email. If no approval email is received, your order remains active and may continue through fulfillment.
