Returns, Store Credit & Refunds
Because skincare is a hygiene-sensitive category, we accept returns on sealed and unopened items only, within 30 days of delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before shipping anything back—please contact our care team to start the process.

Our error? We cover return shipping for damaged, incorrect, or missing items after verification.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Store credit is also available and is the fastest resolution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (including “free shipping” value) unless the return is due to our error.
