Returns Policy

Effective April 2026

At KMH Signature Skincare, your satisfaction matters to us. Because skincare products are hygiene-sensitive, we maintain the following return guidelines to ensure the safety and integrity of every product we sell.

Eligibility at a Glance

Sealed & unopened items • Within 30 days of delivery • RMA required before shipping

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original, sealed, and unopened condition with all packaging intact.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact our care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please do not ship items back without an RMA—unauthorized returns may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Our error (damaged, incorrect, or missing items): KMH Signature Skincare will cover return shipping costs after verification.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

— Opened or unsealed skincare products (hygiene & safety)

— Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

— Gift cards


Store Credit & Refunds

Store Credit

Store credit is available for eligible returns and is the fastest resolution path. Credits are issued once the return is received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the sealed/unopened return is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (including “free shipping” value) unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

— Photos of the shipping box and product(s)

— Your order number
